Increment 20 µm is too small in most cases. I would start with step 500 (if far from focus), then change to step 100. Only when really close to focus, and trying to get the best image, step 20 is useful.

The Zeiss software unfortunately has a bug: These settings will appear, if you deactivate and activate again the function “show all” on the top of this software panel.

both disks have a pinhole of 50 microns according to the software. One is round the other one slit shaped.
