Introduction

- initiate data transfer after acquisition
on the Akoya Vectra Polaris widefield microscope.

Ensure your data is saved in a folder named with your core account credentials that is located under D:\Data\VectraPolaris\

USB drives are blocked.

Make sure all slides have been scanned and the software is closed before you start this step. Starting the Datamover while Vectra Polaris software is still running will cause data loss.

Open Citrix Workspace and log on.

Select and launch the application "CORE Datamover" (the first time you start it might take up to 3 minutes).

Select Perkin Elmer Vectra Polaris datamover and click on "Request".

You will get a confirmation that your request has been created. Your transfer job will be queued within 15 minutes.
