Introduction

In this guide from the Center for Microscopy and Image Analysis (UZH, Zurich, Switzerland) you will learn how to:

  • define data storage location and
  • initiate data transfer after acquisition

on the Akoya Vectra Polaris widefield microscope.

For more information please check the intrument's webpage.

    • Ensure your data is saved in a folder named with your core account credentials that is located under D:\Data\PhenoImagerHT\

    • For instance: D:\Data\PhenoImagerHT\j.doe

    • USB drives are blocked.

  1. Make sure all slides have been scanned and the software is closed before you start this step. Starting the Datamover while Vectra Polaris software is still running will cause data loss. Open Citrix Workspace and log on.
