Introduction
This guide will show you how to switch on the environmental control at the Nikon Spinning Disk.

We advise you to start heating up the temperature at least 30 minutes in advance. Make sure that the incubation box is fully closed while heating.

Switch on the enviromental control on the right side of the table

Switch on the Okolab touch screen - hold for few seconds.

Check if you have enough water in the humidifier.

If not, fill that from the top.

There is a bottle of MiliQ on the wall.

If you see, there is almost no water left in the bottle, please let the ZMB staff know!

Check that the humidifier is connected to the live cell chamber

Open the main valve of the CO2 bottle

Open the small valve of the CO2 bottle

Open the N2 valve, if needed.

Monitor CO2 level and temperature on the touch screen

Once the level is stable the orange dot will turn green
