Step 1 Storage location in Zeiss ZEN

$Before collecting your data, the saving location in the Zeiss ZEN software should be set to the local drive "X:\" which is the local storage folder.$

The system crashes if data transfer is initiated during scanning

Step 2 Transfer your files with the CORE Datamover

Open the Citrix work space from the desktop

Using your ZMB credentials, open the CORE Datamover

A dialogue will open asking you from which system to move the data from. Select "Zeiss Slidescanner (Irchel)" for either scanner 1 or 2 at irchel, or (Schlieren).

A dialogue will open asking you from which system to move the data from. Select "Zeiss Slidescanner (Irchel)" for either scanner 1 or 2 at irchel, or (Schlieren).
Afterwards a dialogue will appear saying that "your request has been created". This will be followed by an email confirming the request, as well as another email confirming the finished transfer of the data
