  1. Select menu Process>Manage Neural Networks. Load your NN from D:\Service\NN
    • Select menu Process>Manage Neural Networks.

    • eg Zebrafish - detects the whole fish

    • Zebrafish 25% scaling 3 images - detects only the head.

  2. Define your overview area here.

    • Acquire your overview area (in brightfield mode) here.

  3. Choose the correct objective to acquire your images. Select "Automated Sample detection" here. Select "AI" and the respective NN from the drop down menu. eg Zebrafish - detects the whole fish.

    • Select if you want to create 1 region / detected object.

    • Select if you want to create a single region including all detected objects.

    • Wait for detection, this might take some minutes. Be patient.

    • Your detections will be shown in green.

    • You can filter detections by size in case too small (or too big structures are detected).

  4. Detect the whole fish - Choose the model "zebrafish". Detect only the zebrafish head - choose the model "zebrafish with 25% scaling 3 images".
    • Detect the whole fish - Choose the model "zebrafish".

    • Press OK.

  5. A new position list will be created with your sample detections. Create your Experiment including a stage loop.
