    • Confirm that you have saved your data in the appropriate location.

    • Remove your sample.

    • Clean the objectives using the available Kimtech wipes and ethanol.

    • Close Cellsense FV.

    • If you have used the environmental control please empty the water bottle.

    • Check in the booking system if there is another booking withing the next 2h:

    • If yes, you just need to log off.

    • If you are the last user of the day follow the next steps.

  2. Shut down the computer.

    • Shut down the computer.

    • Switch off the laser power strip [3].

    • Safety interlock keys can be turned counter clock wise. No need to turn off the laser lines with the individual switches.

    • Switch off the scanner unit [2].

    • Switch off the main power [1]

  3. Switch off the environmental control with the power strip [5].

    • Switch off the environmental control with the power strip [5].
